Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and calls
- Coordinate with U.S.based collaborators
- Anticipate project needs and ensure priorities are well-prepared
- Organize local travel logistics and prepare itineraries
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Support with academic writing tasks (bonus skill)
- Maintain accurate records and organize documents
- Ability to use AI and digital tools to streamline administrative tasks
- Travel occasionally between Kisumu and Nairobi
- Assist with social media and online presence
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, and travel.
