Key Responsibilities:
- i.Review data entered into REDCap system for accuracy and completeness. This will be done either by reviewing surveys to confirm completeness or by comparing source records (e.g. lab results) to data entered into redcap
- ii.Run routine data quality verification & error detection scripts and issue queries on identified data quality issues
- iii. Monitor query resolution queue and follow up relevant data collectors
- iv.Respond to data queries issued by the study sponsor
- v.Study monitoring and reporting:
- vi. Monitor study recruitment and retention, update accrual template and provide weekly progress reports
- vii.Flag participants who have missed expected contact points and report to study coordinator
- viii.Targeted data cleaning and analysis support for quarterly data and safety monitoring board (DSMB) meeting
- ix. End of study preparation for closeout and data lock
- x.Focused one-off projects
- xi.Collaborate on developing study accrual report template
- xii.Refining data validation rules and script
- xiii. End of study descriptive analyses
