Key Responsibilities:

  • The intern will be trained on;
  • i.Imprest reconciliations and management
  • ii.Petty cash management
  • iii.Bank reconciliations
  • iv.Budget monitoring and expenditure tracking
  • v.Preparation of reports
  • vi.Payments for vendors
  • vii.Management of contracts & agreements between the Program & other service providers
  • viii.Asset register management
  • Inventory management
  • x.Procurement processes and tracking of supplies

Vacancy Requirements:

1 i.Bachelors Degree (Finance/Accounting option), Business administration or equivalent Mandatory
2 ii.CPA (II) or Equivalent Mandatory
3 i.Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software packages Mandatory
4 ii.Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports Mandatory
5 iii.High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Mandatory
6 iv.Knowledge and experience in Procurement and supplies Mandatory
7 v.Good presentation skill Mandatory
